  1. Lead Platform Engineer, Brainner

    Mar 2026 – Present · Remote

    AI-powered candidate screening platform that plugs directly into recruiters' ATS.

    • Built four production ATS integrations end to end — BambooHR, Teamtailor, Pinpoint and Greenhouse Harvest v3 — covering OAuth connection flows, job and candidate sync, resume ingestion, and bidirectional write-back of stage moves, rejections, notes and AI scores.
    • Migrated the Greenhouse connector from Harvest v1 to the v3 Partner OAuth API using a dual-vendor model, so both versions ran side by side and existing customers migrated with no downtime and no re-onboarding.
    • Designed a cursor-paginated sync layer on AWS Lambda that streams ATS records into OpenSearch, with per-vendor rate limiting, exponential backoff on 429s and idempotent retries across resumable pages.
    • Built Candidate Pools, a conversational search experience combining hybrid retrieval over OpenSearch (keyword + vector embeddings), Cohere reranking served through Amazon Bedrock, and per-criterion AI evaluation of every shortlisted candidate with streaming UI updates.
    • Shipped Candidate Rediscovery, re-evaluating a company's entire historical ATS database against any new opening to turn dormant applicant data into a sourcing channel; rolled out progressively behind team-scoped feature flags.
    • Hardened the distributed import and evaluation pipeline on Redis-backed workers with claim-and-recover semantics for stale runs, enqueue deduplication and cancellation handling, eliminating stuck and double-completed jobs.
    • Implemented automated OAuth token rotation on AWS Secrets Manager for vendors issuing rotating refresh tokens, removing a recurring class of silent integration failures.

    Serverless media intelligence platform for cross-platform advertising campaigns.

    • Built and scaled a serverless media platform on SST, tRPC, React and AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, S3) supporting seven advertising platforms — Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Moloco and Liftoff.
    • Architected type-safe, high-throughput APIs capable of serving 10,000+ advertising assets per query for cross-platform analysis.
    • Developed AI-powered asset quality intelligence producing real-time health scores, compliance checks and automated correction suggestions across campaigns.
    • Designed predictive alerting that combined quality degradation, budget anomalies and change velocity into proactive account-management signals, including >50% budget variance alerts.
    • Implemented localisation across Spanish, English and Portuguese, including translation key management and regional variants.
